Positive: A very complete appartment with everything you need. A great host, very easy to communicate with him/her. I loved the location, perfectly half-way between the event I came for, and the Lake Ontario for beautiful sunsets in the evening.
Negative: It was SO noisy. It felt like the person above was an insomniac in high heels. Non-stop noises and stomping, All. Night. Long., and I could hear the phone calls and the voice of the other person on speaker phone, plus de beeping of incoming text messages. I could barely sleep during the whole stay despite using the fan to make a white noise. The bed felt cheap with loose springs.
Summary: Great facilities and location. Too noisy, would not go back.

Positive: Apartment was clean and well enough appointed. great location on colourful & lively james st. host: kind & understanding with immediate responses to my text/chats thank you
Negative: The 2 Entry Doors need to be serviced so they don't slam shut with a big bang and shuddering vibration. until then clear understandable signage instructing users to close both of those outer doors quietly & securely will hopefully do the job. it's startling & woke up the entire unit, especially when there's substantial in/out traffic until the wee hours. i also believe the Passport Check-in notice stating "You can share the access code..." probably encourages a more 'active' clientele than i was prepared for. it's not apparent that the unit has back-lane entry which if stated up front, would probably also temper expectations accordingly. my poor rating can be quickly & easily fixed as suggested. until then, perhaps there's better value nearby. thank you

Positive: The central location was helpful and the bedroom and bed were very spacious
Negative: We were moved to the upstairs unit 6. The bathroom and especially the shower were uncomfortably small with no shelves or even toilet roll holder. The shower was difficult to stand in and use as there wasn't any room to turn around, and because of the strange shape of the space the shower head didn't properly reach me. The central location did also mean that it was quite loud outside the street facing window of unit 6

Positive: Nice, comfortable, clean apartment. Anna is a very kind, polite, and supportive host. We were staying on apartment for 1 week, everything needed was there. Appartments are very well cleaned, there is no dust even under the beds. It was also conveniently located, next to the apartment, 5 minutes walk away, there was a fairly large store and 24-hour parking with the possibility of leaving the car for a long time.
Negative: Sometimes it was difficult to turn on sockets in the kitchen

Positive: Very clean and tidy. Fully equipped, everything works. Great customer service: kind, always available and helpful 👌 Great location in Hamilton, right between the city center and the West Harbour GO train station. A lot of bars and restaurants around. Close to the mall.
Negative: Just be aware that this unit is a basement, so there is no window. You access the apartment by the building back door, which is not really "romantic" 😅 There are many homeless people in the streets, but the owner can't do anything for that... Walls are thin, so you can easily hear your neighbours sometimes
